Future Plans

Where do we go from here?

BIG NEWS!

Our library finally has a permanent home! But we’re not done yet — there’s still plenty of room to grow. We’re working to expand our book collection, enhance our programs, and extend our open hours with the help of more volunteers.

Starting in January, we’ll launch a major fundraising effort with the long-term goal of building a brand-new library for the City of Alpine. For now, as we settle into our new space, we’re taking a moment to catch our breath — but stay tuned! More exciting updates are coming soon.

We can always use your help, whether by donating, volunteering, or spreading the word.

Program Ideas for the Future

We envision a space that promotes lifelong learning and encourages a strong sense of community. In addition to providing traditional library services, we also propose to incorporate community based programs that would foster a greater sense of belonging and unity among all of the residents of Alpine.

Book and Media Lending

We have already begun gathering book donations that have become part of our lending collection.
